    a low-impact, high-intensity class that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Using props like light weights, bands, balls, and gliders, you'll target glutes, legs, core, and arms while improving posture, flexibility, and muscular endurance.

    Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Booty Barre

    Zero in on glutes, thighs, and legs with targeted, lower-body movements that sculpt, lift, and strengthen. Using bands, gliders, and light weights, this class builds deep muscle endurance and improves lower-body stability through a mix of pulsing and functional strength work.

    Intermediate level.

  • Full Body Barre

    A total-body sculpting class that blends barre with functional strength training to target all major muscle groups. Expect a mix of controlled movements and dynamic exercises using light weights, bands, gliders, and the barre. This class builds full-body endurance, boosts alignment, and delivers an energizing burn.
